List of Arthritis Associates's Reviews
I have been going to this group for years and love them. They are not accepting new medicare patients anymore though.
Awful services the denied my BloueCrossBlueShierld BECAUSE I have QMB. They just insisted they refused provide me an appointment I really feel very DISCRIMINATED and I will definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE at all. Very bad customer services
Waited a couple of months for a 2nd appointment and when I arrived said they didnt take my medicare plan.. ask if I would pay to see the Dr.. staff seems uncaring and cold.
I have been going to see Dr Elliott for over a year now and couldnt be happier with him or the office staff in general. There is very little wait time for scheduled appointments which in my experience is super rare these days. Dr Elliott allows time for my questions and concerns on each visit. I highly recommend him if you are in need of an Arthritis Doctor.
Dr. Jessica Huffstutter was amazing. She really listened to me and validated my experience. I highly recommend
The doctors and the lab are pretty good but there is an issue with the office staff. They are always so hateful and short when checking out or calling for an appointment. The checkin ladies are fairly nice but the rest of the office staff are just terrible. This has been going on for years with different ladies and I finally got fed up enough to leave a review. I dont know what their problem is but I hope they find a solution soon because they bring the entire practice down. Its a shame.
Dr. Huffstutter is the best he is very compassionate he takes great care of me as his patient.
I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Elliot and he is incredible. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. The receptionists intake person nurse lab and check out were all very friendly and professional. I have been going there for two years now and have had not a single bad experience. I feel like I am happy to have found this office and my wife is so impressed that she is going to try and go there as well for her arthritis. It is really nice to have a doctor who listens to you and knows just what to do. It is very convenient to go through the patient portal. I really like this office. I do not like to use my real name when making a review so just so the office knows my name is Gene and I had my appointment on the morning of the 25th. Thank You so much I really appreciate it
I have been receiving treatment at this office for years now. I literally felt like arthritis was going to take over my life. I am very active person and it came down to thinking about whether it was worth the pain to walk over to turn off the lamp. Isnt that ridicules for a person that normally is so active I cannot sit still. That is is arthritis it hurts. Then I finally found help. Thank God for new options for treatment like the biologics etc and a place to go for help. I do understand problems with insurance costs but diagnostics blood tests are required with biologics and arthritis drugs to monitor for organ damage. Arthritis Associates is a fantastic practice. I look at the culture of places I seek treatment from I see professional behavior and compassion at this practice.
Was a few minutes late due to heavy rains during our hour and 15 minute drive and was told we had to resechedule and that they couldn’t control the weather.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
