Dr. Jay Pasmore is an awesome dermatologist! Very kind and personable staff! Always happy to answers questions and assist!

I called to see if they took my daughters insurance so I could make her appointment.   They assured me they did.  We've been there 3 times and they never said anything or asked for a payment.  They called today and was very rude and said we owe them 748.00.  Demaining a payment from my daughter and my daughter told them that we had asked before we went about insurance and she told them they lied to her and the girl said it wasn't her that had lied.  They want payment right now .  BEWARE!!!

Dr.Susong and his crew are excellent. Definitely recommend for anything dermatological. I mean anything! Lot's of years and experience there!

I recently saw a NP at this office because all the MDs were booked up for months. While I REALLY liked her and felt that she listened to my needs, I wasn't seen until almost 40 minutes past my appointment time. They have a strict policy for cancellations and if you're late, which I can respect, but the same courtesy should be given to patients. I did reach out to a few friends that use this office and they did not have this experience, so I'm hoping it was a fluke. Like other reviews stated, the staff wasn't overly friendly, not enough to turn me off from returning, but definitely not friendly enough to make me feel super welcome.

Wish I could have given this practice less than one star. The nurse practitioner was in such a hurry to diagnose me, treat me, and get on to the next patient, I'm not sure I ever got a correct diagnosis. After two treatments, my skin looking worse than before, I went for my next visit with the NP and realized they had me down to see the NP's Assistant - without telling me! As soon as I realized who I was seeing, I asked to see the NP again, who wasn't there that day, so I had to come back. The NP was quite short with me then, and I decided enough was enough. I made an appointment with another practice where I could see an actual MD and wouldn't get pushed over onto a hurried NP. Find another dermatological practice.

Very impressed with the time that Dr. Susong spent with me. He was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions and made sure I didn’t have additional questions.

Have been a regular patient of Dr. Susong for about 25 years and have always been given top care. He is professional and has always been caring in his examinations. As with most highly sought after doctors, scheduling appointments to see him personally can be difficult and wait times in the office can get overly long if he gets tired up treating a patient, but he is worth the wait.

I recommended him for my sister. She went for one condition. The 2nd condition was referred to the doctor. They never called with an appointment. THEY WILL NOT RETURN HER CALLS. I am glad there are other dermatologists in town. I should have sent my sister to another office.
