0 STARS! This Doctor is by far the worst Dr I've ever met. No bedside manners whatsoever. I was in the hospital. I went because of headache on one side of my head followed by numbess/tingling, chest pain and shortness of breath. I'm not one to go to the ER unless I feel like its an emergency. The ER doc admitted me. That next day when this Mance dr came in....First thing I told him and anyone else that came in. I can't hear, I have 50% hearing loss and haven't received my new hearing aids yet. He said well which side should I stand on, I said it doesn't matter because both ears are the same. Instead of staying beside my bed where he was the closest to me....the JERK went to the end of the bed where he was the furthest. Then the whole time he would YELLL at me when I asked him to repeat something. Acted as if I was dumb or something. I really hope and pray he gets himself straightened up or gets out of the medical field. Because as of right now, it is NOT the job for him.
by far the weirdest most unprofessional doctors appointment I have ever had without any explanation of any kind he got up and walked out of the room three times he was RUDE and every time he asked me a question he rudely interrupted he rolled his eyes twice as I tried to explain my symptoms he then walked out into the hall way and looked at me loudly said well what you have won’t kill you then proceeded to the next patient. he NEVER once said any kind of plan of treatment addressed my concerns nor did he take me serious I could say many other complaints about the visit however the bottom line is he was rude and very unprofessional had no bedside manner what so ever I absolutely will never go back. horrible experience
Dr. Mance it’s the greatest Dr. I’ve ever met.

I have never been treated so unprofessional in my life. I shouldve known better when they were able to immediately get me into their practice on short notice. I waited for an hour and a half in the lobby although I had an appointment. When I was finally seen Dr. Mance walked into the room and said WHO ARE YOU? I shouldve walked out immediately but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It only got worse from there. His bedside manner was atrocious. He spoke to me condescendingly when I didnt understand one of his questions and interrupted me numerous times. When I told him I assumed my eye issues were a result of my autoimmune disease he responded with Oh you have an autoimmune disease? You shouldve told me that in the beginning to which I responded I assumed you read my chart. He didnt even take the time to read my chart before coming into the room. I could go on but I wont. I will never again set foot in that practice.
Made the visit very pleasurable with his easy going friendly manner. His funny jokes took my sister's nerves away, and kept her mind of the pain of the needles. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, a very sweet funny doctor.

First met me at ER after Migraine (i thought) caused entire left side to become paralyzed and could not speak or think clearly. After 5 minutes of having me hop up and down and moving arms, said i had a simple TIA and ordered a battery of testes including a NUCLEAR STRESS TEST FOR MY HEART! My Primary said this test had ZERO to do with my condition. I went to Dr. Mance's office days later and he said i should buy the vitamin supplements he was selling to "fix" my migraines and i also needed to START GOING TO CHURCH! Two months later a specialist discovered I had had a "pituitary stroke." His AVERAGE of 2 STARS is WAY TOO GENEROUS!
I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. My mother went to the hospital just after Thanksgiving for muscle weakness. She was worked up for a stroke (some of the weakness did affect her speech) but her entire work up was negative. She was rounded on by this “physician” at the hospital who must have convinced himself she had a stroke regardless of other symptoms and what the imaging showed (or did not show). The hospital recommended she followed up as an outpatient, and because her weakness was getting worse, she thought that was best. All he did was start her on some sort of supplement to supposedly prevent strokes? After suffering for 2 months (and bouncing around other specialties), she decided to see another neurologist who quickly diagnosed her with Myasthenia Gravis, not a stroke (surprise). I will never recommend Dr. Mance to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
