Sunday morning. The staff was great. Service was quick and with a smile and a laugh. Ended up having to have my ears cleaned out. Gentle and caring. 5 Stars all the way.

3 generations of my family use Dr. Wilcox as our PCP and he is fantastic His walkin physician Stephen is just as great and Ive seen him many times for immediate care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brunvoll for 20+ years. I really appreciate the care I have received over all of these years.

After reading the negative reviews I figured Id give my own. I was registered as a new patient over the phone. The lady was super nice. They wanted me to come in that day but I couldnt so my visit was only a few days after I registered. I waited 15 minutes to be seen after checking in. The lady behind the desk was nothing but kind.

If you prefer to be treated with respect by all individuals during a visit to the Doctors then I do not recommend this office. The individuals behind the front desk are rude and will say anything and everything to get you to stop asking valid questions. I would rate with zero stars if I could.

Today 72319 I called the office at 8am asking to be seenregistered as a new patient. I was told over the phone that I would not be able to be seen until December. So I’m dire need I went to a minute clinic. The physician at the Minute Clinic talked with me and ended up calling the office herself to tell them that “This boy needs to be seen now” to which the lady over the phone assured her that she could send me directly over and I would be seen by a Dr. Long who works with walkins. Thanking the heavens above because I thought I’d finally get some relief I headed straight over. Upon my arrival I informed another lady behind the desk that I was the one whom the doctor had just called about. Instantly the lady spoke to me in a very dismissive rude way due to my confusion with the situation. She ended up cutting me off mid sentence and told me that I couldn’t 1. Be seen at all 2. Even try to register as a new patient. Did not go into detail although I was obviously very confused and kept dismissing me. Not having slept more than 3 hours in the past two and a half days and it absolutely showing I felt defeated and left. I have never been treated so rudely in a medicalprofessional setting and if there ever was a chance of me trying to establish myself there it is absolutely gone now. I am sure the medical professionals there are intelligent and good at what they do no doubt. But the people behind the desk are the first people you see and have to interact with and my firstonlylast time there absolutely set a horrible example for me.

If youre a new patient expect to wait forever to be seen even with an appointment.

I have been seeing Dr Brunvoll almost 20 years she is the best answers all questions and recommends plans to help get you back I well very up on medical agendas

Ridiculous wait time. My grandfather had to wait 3 hours to see dr.campbell for a rountine visit not including the time waited for arriving before appointment time. Be prepared to spend most of your day waiting if you come here. Might want to pack a lunch as well.

Dr. Brent Campbell is my doctor and he is the greatest. He has helped me so much. I am so glad I found him. He is very caring and knowledgeable. He is also a very fine christian man. On my office visit before I had my gastric bypass surgery he asked if we could have prayer. You dont find many doctors like him anymore. I hope he never moves away or retires. Thank God for doctor Campbell
