They dismiss everything as a cold. This has happened multiple times for me and my family. Each time, we end up going to another doctor to find out there's a sinus infection, ear infection or some other ailment that needs medication. Don't waist your time.

These doctors are horrible. They don’t do anything for you. It’s like they don’t even want to be there. They don’t care They don’t listen to you!! I usually get sick once a year same time every year. I know my body and I know what happens every single year and he tells me that I just have a virus. Well, it wasn’t just a virus!!! I would not advise going to these doctors at least the doctor that I seen, maybe the others are better but this doctor was very rude and just didn’t care about making you better.

Mixed results taking myself and my oldest here. Depends on who the NP is. You can get a caring one that gives you the time of day just dismissed as a cold.

I had the worst experience here yesterday! My daughter was very sick and the NP didn’t seem worried at all and did not offer to test her for covid or the flu. She could barley hold her eyes open she felt so bad. I ended up taking her to the er that night and they tested her and she has the flu. I do not recommend bringing your kids here

I cannot say enough to describe how amazing our experience at Galen Anytime was! My son was sick at school- I took him directly to Galen Anytime over my lunch and was in and out so quickly! The staff was beyond professional and caring. They made an extra effort to connect with and make sure my son was comfortable. They took the time to evaluate his symptoms, test and diagnose his illness. They even spoke with him to get his opinion on how he likes to take medicine (pill, liquid, chewable) to ensure he was compliant with with his treatment. I will never use another urgent care facility other than Galen Anytime!

I had a great experience from check in to check out. The MA was very professional and precise. Once in a room she asked all pertinent questions according to my issues. I did have to wait a couple minutes for the Nurse Practitioner, but realized once she came in the room why. Emily Prater, NP was very thorough with her questions and concerns in order to proceed with the appropriate care for myself. She even took the time to print informative information for me to use in the next few days. I was impressed with whole experience. Thank you Galen Anytime! :)
