I went this doctor a while aTerrible experience. Cost 200$ for consultation and another 200 for facial crimes that they insisted that I use which did nothing for my skin. Went in for a face lift and she insisted on a forehead lift. She showed me hers and her scar looked like Frankenstein! Do not go to these people.

I have gone to Dr. Scanland for two surgical procedures (undereye bags and multi-area liposuction) and also fillers over the past 12 years, and I've been happy with all of my results.

These people are rude . I paid $500 to get a date for surgery and when it came time the price had went up by $1500. They would not refund me my $500 even though there price went up which wasn't my fault it was there's !

Love everyone at the practice. They are kind, caring, & thorough. Samantha is the best! She explains everything & helps me decide what treatment is best for me.

Bad experience with the doctor and bolero balance for under eye bags...was charged 250 extra for the black eye that I got on the last stick.(because her injecter can't do eyes).she non stopped talked about black eyes while I was receiving filler..my mom passed shortly after and it took a while to get a follow-up. I still have a black eye a month after and its 'as puffy as ever. Waited an hour at the appointment had to leave for another appointment..I'll see another doctor ...don't go to these people

today i thought about my experience with this company ... 5 months ago i visited this place for a procedure. However my experience was awful. they over charged for a nonrefundable consultation 200.00. and the doctor talks too much about the wrong things for example telling me i should get the vaccinated because mostly black people are catching the corona virus. how rude? any who stay far away from these people they are rude and money hungry. taking your money for consultations and over charging for the procedures.

Dr Scanland has done two cosmetic surgeries for me 17 years apart and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results both back in 2003 and December of 2020! I will continue to sing her praises and her staff as well! I’ll be forever under her care as I continue to age gracefully!

Dr. Scanland's skills, attention to detail and experience are what we all want, she went above and beyond (as did her whole staff)! I am so very pleased.

I called this office multiple times and left multiple messages for a return call to schedule a consultation. When I finally called again and spoke with someone the conversation was laced with “I’m having trouble hearing you” to “I called you back but you must have left the wrong number.” So after giving them all my info the doctor is only in once per week and appointment was set almost a month and half out. Who know, she could just be that high in demand, correct? So I continue, then am informed she charges a $100 consultation fee for reschedule or cancellation. I’m sorry, but if you set an appointment a month and a half away and I have something come up due to “life” in general this is not a good business practice. Receptionist was ill informed, under trained and I highly recommend people stay away.

Dr. Scanland performed an abdominoplasty, Muscle repair, an d liposuction on me in April 2020. I can not begin to say how happy I am with my results. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, talented, and took great care of me during and after surgery. Her staff is very friendly and attentive and available to answer any questions you have. Her nurse Samantha is also amazing and makes you feel very comfortable.
