Masks? Seriously? I thought you were scientists? Makes me rethink trusting my healthcare to you! Ridiculous.
I just love waiting for untold hours only to get slammed with a HUGE bill...which, btw, was a misdiagnosis. So I can come back & wait even longer to pay more! Unreal
I wouldn't even bring my dog here This is the worst hospital they don't even try to help you its a bandaid hospital worse place ever
2.5 hrs in the er waiting room, 4 patients taken back that arrived after us... they were deemed 'sicker' and needed to be admitted more urgently.... I understand sometimes this may be the case, but 4 people walking in just the same as us? Come on, give me a break. 1 elderly woman appeared to be in respiratory distress but the others visually appeared to be able to wait just like the rest of us. And believe me, the er was not the first choice... afc urgent care and pcp refused to see him. Left AMA and decided to see a real doctor
Slows to the point I've seen multiplevwalk out unseen and yet I foolishly still sit here 3 hours and counting!
My 84-year-old father was hospitalized at Memorial in Hixson this past week. From start to finish, his experience was exceptional. Everyone who encountered him from the time he arrived in the ambulance until he was discharged went above and beyond. A special shout out on the third floor to his nurse, Mary. She took care of him in such a kind and loving way that I was never concerned about not being with him for a single moment. Thank you Memorial North Park! I will never forget your kindness.
My dad went to the ER on Wednesday, 11/25/20 after 5 days of fever resulting from COVID. The ER doctor told him he was one of the healthiest 75 year olds he had seen. My dad was on the phone with his personal doctor, and the ER doctor took his phone away from him and told his doctor he was under his care now. He sent him home with cough medicine, an inhaler, and a steroid medicine. What a joke!!! On Friday, 11/27/20 my mom had to call an ambulance, because my dad couldn't even walk on his own! If he had been admitted to the hospital on Wednesday and treated with a therapeutic, I am 100% convinced he would not have died on Monday, 11/30/20. My dad was a healthy, active 75 year old man with NO underlying conditions. Because of this decision, I now have to look at an empty chair at Christmas. Our family is completely devastated and our hearts are torn in a million pieces!
My husband injured his hand. I filled out the paperwork in the emergency at 6:25pm last night. It took hours for him to get medication and xrays. Checked in for observation no room until 1:30am. As of 11:30am no Dr. visit or food for today. 17 hours and his injury still isn't treated.
In and out with no fuss. All followed covid safety measures. Very pleasant great instructions.
Great place, very professional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
