It was clear from the beginning that Dr. Covi had not reviewed the referral office notes from my referring provider before entering the exam room. The information needed to care for me in a professional and positive manner was in those referral notes. After rapid fire questions with little time to answer them, I left the 15 minute encounter confused. This is the most unprofessional 15 minute encounter with a new physician I've ever experienced. I will NOT be back!

Dr. Covi has the best bedside manner of any medical professional I have seen. She always takes a personal interest in my care. I have seen Dr. Covi for skin cancer on my neck and check. She had to remove a part of my cheek that was slightly bigger that a pencil eraser. She took such care to make the incision and subsequent stitches to align with my natural smile lines that the scar in not visible today.

Not happy and will not go back. She blew off my concern with a place on my forehead. She was in a rush and looked at me like I was crazy. Dr Covi said I’m thinking this is a cosmetic place. I went to another skin dr because I was upset how I was treated and they took me serious and did a biopsy and turned out to be cancer. I do not recommend her.

I made a new patient appointment for a second opinion and was treated like my presence was a complete nuisance. I was rushed through the entire appointment and was even given contradicting advise. When I questioned her 'expertise' I was met complete discontent. I will not be seeing her again.

It seems from other reviews the high speed appointment is common. She was pleasant enough but the whole exam was very rushed. I did not like her prescription of Blu-Light. It was painful for days and after reading up on it it seems to be an old therapy that is not any more effective than spot freezing of AK's.
