Mark Simpson's Online Review Report Card

He was late. I was not experiencing a muscular weakness episode at the time of appointment and so he was dismissive of the symptoms which I have experienced for the past two years. If I have a life threatening episode on his diagnosis then what ....????

I can only think that there are two Dr. Mark Simpsons (by that I mean two distinct people, not one person with two personalities). I see him for my Parkinsons and have always found him to be friendly, polite, soft-spoken, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He has proved very flexible and responsive to trying various meds as we fine-tune my treatment and respects my input in shaping his responses to me. I am confident I'm in good hands. I am seeing him privately, but he gets paid in the public system too, and I cannot imagine him behaving as some others have described. Are some of the reviews for a different guy to the neurologist I'm seeing? M J Davies

Mark has a great knowledge of epilepsy! He has always kept trying to find the best anticonvulsant for me if my seizures/condition changes. Mark has never fallen short of having a plan for me. He's a talented neurologist and I can trust that he is thorough with tests and results. He is professional and I'm glad to have a neurologist I can call my own and come out of every visit happy with the outcome! 😁

Forgot to leave a star rating can I add this to previous “ best care ever from physician and diagnostician ?

I have suffered from parkinsons for at least thirty years. First diagnosis was as Parkinsons then another neurologist diagnosed me with Benign Essential Tremor until six months ago Mark re diagnosed me with Parkinsons and prescribed the first medication that I have ever had. Very pleasant and communicated well. he is not an old man as someone else has mentioned which makes me suspect a mistaken identity issue. His treatment of me was A1. I am not in the habit of writing ratings but felt I needed to at least level up the ledger a bit.

Rude, pathetic, over controlling, giving stress what this doctor know. He keep repeating few thing think he better consult a doc for himself. He got annoyed when he couldn't find a report about which w e have no clue. After 3 month no particular diagnosis, total humiliation and waste money on this one stupid doctor . Never recommend. He was only polite while receiving and saying bye.

When we saw him last week he was a straight forward doctor and very detailed in explaining. He listen and show sympathy to our concerns. We are glad we saw him after we are referred by his neuro colleague.

After 3 years of no luck in controlling my seizures, I saw Mark. He prescribed new medication for me and a second option should this not work . This saved me having to go through the process of getting another appointment should the first not work. I have now been seizure free for over a year, thanks to Mark, and surely that is the best outcome anyone can hope for. I am really glad I saw him,

I had my second appointment with Dr Mark Simpson last week.I found him to be a very caring individual. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and listened to my concerns. It is important to give feedback as to the medical treatment that you are given .You work together as a team to obtain the best outcome.I am so relieved to be under Dr Simpson's care.

Very attentive and caring. Offers solutions and Im looking forward to Marks assistance to help our family member
