List of Matthew Good's Reviews
Dr. Good lives us to him name. He is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable pediatrician. He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns, not only for baby but also for the mamas. His down to earth personality puts us at ease. We are so grateful to have him in our corner.
Our family loves Dr.Good. He is hard to get in with but all the other doctors at Highland Peds are amazing. Dr. Good always listens and addresses my concerns.
We are so blessed to have found Dr. Good again! He saw my grandson when he was in the hospital with RSV when my grandson was a few months old and diagnosed him with craniosynostosis getting him started on the path of treatment. Years later after he had started with a practice of his own we found him again and he is the same sweet hearted, kind, caring man. Our grandson, who is autistic, trust Dr. Good as do we. He and his team never fail to amaze us with their caring ways.
He is the best doctor ever. He's so thoughtful and caring
Dr. Good is truely the best. He has a way of putting me at ease as a first time mom and spends MORE then enough time with us every time we are seen. Everything from breastfeeding to being a FPIES mom, he has been one of my biggest cheerleaders along the way... which I never expected from my DAUGHTERS doctor. He continues to go over and beyond with anything at all we need help with and somehow makes us feel like we are his only patient. Our girl was diagnosed with FPIES at 6 months old and Dr. Good was sure to connect us with the appropriate specialists and has continued to be supportive and understanding throughout this process. As an FPIES mom I so frequently hear about other pediatricians not understanding or minimizing this condition however Dr. Good has never made me feel this way. I’m not sure how I would raise my girl without Dr. Good honestly. He is a wonderful, caring, supportive doctor and we couldn’t ask for anyone better looking out for the health of our FPIES girl.
We absolutely love Dr Good! I had a very rough pregnancy with heart failure, high blood pressure and an early delivery...he was wonderful to my daughter and I both and constantly checked on me too! We have had a few scares with our newborn and two hospital stays at 2 and 3 months. He has called us every day after to make sure she's ok, update us on labs and made hospital visits on his "off call" nights to check on her! He's been amazing to us and we couldn't ask for a better dr. four our angel!
We LOVE dr good! He is great with my kids and doesn't mind answering all of my questions! Between my three kids we have had a lot of trips to the doctor- concussions, allergies, language delay, weight gain issues as newborns and all the other usual childhood things. Dr. Good has taken great care of my kids. (And we love nurse Tiffany as well, she is the fastest vaccinator ever- my kid barely has time to think about crying and she's done!)
Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! So caring and good to my babies!!! Always willing to go above and beyond. He is clearly the best choice in the Hixson area!!! Monica Crowder
Dr. Good was bored and uninterested. He took zero time to learn about my child. His nurse was rude. We never returned.
Dr Good is a wonderful, caring and compassionate provider. He takes his time to answer all your questions. I have never felt rushed during any of my children's appointments. Him and his nurse Tifiny make a wonderful team. Would definately recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
