Does this guy still practice? He is terrible and has no remorse for anything. He messes me up terribly, I even got gangrene while he told me I was fine. He is a joke and should have his license pulled.

He is a butcher and a quack! He did surgery on my hand and wrist and messed it up really bad. To this day it is still messed up and can't be fixed. He should have his license pulled!

This guy is rude and uncaring. He tells you nothing and if you ask he just mumbles with some trust me junk. He messed my leg up by taking my staples out to soon, kept telling me that I was fine. Went to the hospital and I had gangrene. He showed up just to put scissors in my wound and opened it up more to see my bone, no warning no numbing no nothing. This man is a joke of an MD.

DrSpitalny has done surgeries on myself and 2 of my sons. He is a great Doctor who explains everything to you upfront and he does a great job He is a good teaching doctor. My son shadowed him when he was in Medical School and he really learned a lot from him As a family we trust and respect Neil fully. Gary Tackling

He has no time for questions. He walks out of the room talking on his recorder and that is that. He does not know what he is doing.

Had to wait over and hour on him and then he did not listen to what I said.He spent 3minutes in the room and then went out talking on his recorder.

I fell down 15 stairs at home. went to the ER the next day. I had a serious fx of the right shoulder. He had me to wait until the next day after his work and he performed surgery. It was very difficult surgery. He did not explain any pertinent info to me or my family, Post op I went to his office. He did not tell me that I needed another surgery. He did not explain or answer questions, I am in the process of going to Mayo. I would not recommend him for any procedure.
