Too long wait in office lobby- over 45 min . Ball point pens not cleaned after each use. Dr Miller is a good dr & a very nice person. Office Management procedures should be enhanced during these times.

Dr Miller has taken excellent care of my family for the past 40 years. But I respect her most as my GYN as a young adult and my internship mentor through my profession as a Certified Physician Assistant.

I had my baby years ago at Erlanger. Dr Miller was on call for Dr Gary Mills. First of all , my labor and delivery experience was awful. Secondly, while I was asleep I heard her making snide remarks about my weight. I almost died and that was all she could talk about. Would never recommend her to deliver my dogs puppies.

Excellent in every way, the staff is excellent as well. The PA Charolette Smalley is excellent as well, can not say enough good things about Dr. Miller

Dr. Miller is very thorough and takes all the time you need her to explain any issues you may have concern about and always asks if you have any questions for her or want to discuss anything about your care. I would definitely recommend her.

This so called doctor was very rude and non caring. She was also dismissive when it came to my problem. actually the whole visit was truly unbelieveable, from urine sample, sitting in her office for 22 minutes she didn't know my or why I was there when she had my file in her hand. the exam was outragous then while sitting on the table undressed her assistant came in and out 4 times{the table being directly in front of the door}theere were people passing by as the door was open. after telling oh well there's nothing I am willing to do she stood up and left not saying were done, good bye, or kiss my backside.I got dressed and went back into the bathroom only to find my 2nd urine sample still in the window which I removed and left. One more thing Ya'll might want to know while in her office they tape patient info and files in her chair to make sure she recieves them there were also many file lying all over the desk and floor.
