Great doctor who really cares about his patients.

I went to Dr. Dreskin for the 1st time this week. I thought he was very kind and went right to work on trying to help me with my pain issues. He immediately scheduled needed testing and pain reducing procedures.

Dr. Stephen Dreskin of Tennessee Valley Pain Management is not only a pathetic doctor, he is also a deplorable and wretched human being. He is a liar, a coward, and unscrupulous. He accuses honest people of being junkies, or worse, drug dealers. (Some day he's going to accuse the wrong person.) When he kicks them out of his practice, he sends a nurse to do the dirty deed. Dr. Stephen Dreskin of Tennessee Valley Pain Management is not only a pathetic doctor, he is also a deplorable and wretched human being. He is a liar, a coward, and unscrupulous. He accuses honest people of being junkies, or worse, drug dealers. (Some day he's going to accuse the wrong person.) When he kicks them out of his practice, he sends a nurse to do the dirty deed. He also seems to be a psychic because he believes he knows what you want to say after only 2 or 3 words. If you want to go to a quack physician who is likely to toss you out without an honest explanation, then this is the doc for you. If you're as smart as he thinks he is, however, you'll find somewhere else to go.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I'd like to start by saying I'm riddled with pain conditions. I have plantar fasciitis (that surgery made worse) Hidradenitis Suppurativa, interstitial cystitis, PCOC, endometriosis, neck, hip, and back issues. I went into his office literally crying barely able to walk, and desperate for help, to which he said he's done everything he can, and all he did was prescribe me a migraine medication I couldn't even take. So when I asked why was I even there tearfully. He kicked me out of the building!!! This Dr. Does not care about your pain at all, and the more pain you are in. The more they make you out as a drug seeker. If you truely need help and are experiencing chronic pain. Do not go to this man! I hope he has the day he deserves, and karmas justice is swift!!!

On initial visit he spent the WHOLE time talking mostly about his self and said he went to Harvard yet no where can I find that he did. He talked down about the other doctors/surgeons in town and said no one could do a better job that himself. He does not give you a chance to talk. The next two visits were suppose to be televisits but I had to chase him down at a different office and then he never returned my call. Same thing happened when I called to reschedule. If you try to call to get information from the office, such as billing, no one answers the phone. I left there with hoping I would never have to go back. Luckily I was able to have back surgery again that was less painful than dealing with him. I will never go back.

Staff is very friendly been there for several epidurals Dr Dreskin has always been very professional and caring

I was a loyal patient for 12 years and he very rudely and in a nasty way, refused to see me again because I was given medication in the ER without his permission.

Dr Dreskin is very kind and caring and will do everything possible to help his patients—(IF you aren’t just trying to pull the wool over his eyes about what pain meds you have been taking and the RX you REALLY want him to write for you!) Dr Dreskin has certain guidelines that he must follow as a scrupulous & reputable doctor who wants to do no harm. He also has STRICT State of Tennessee guidelines ...

I actually thought maybe some of the reviews were just wrong before going here today and sitting for almost 3 hours. Nope. He is rude, judgemental and a flat out horrible dr. I was referred here after my dr office closed. Been on same medication about 10 years, same dr, same pharmacy, correct count, passed urine test, and He instantly came in the room an said they don't give narcotic pain medication there. WHAT! I just signed the form saying you did. He then went on to criticize my previous dr, and then stated referring me to cash only pain clinics. So he can't prescribe pain meds although he's a pain medicine doctor. But he can give me the name and numbers for drug dealers. He's a dangerous lying doctor trust the reviews...
