List of Susan Bhushan's Reviews
Patient of Dr Bhushan’s for last ten years. I have never had to wait long. Always addresses problems with knowledge and no nonsense approach. She has helped me in every medical situation or has referred me to a qualified physician or physical therapist. Nice lady too
In the past 6 months I have seen Dr. Bhushan and the staff that supports her fall down in terms of attention to detail communication and diagnosis. Issue 1 undiagnosed cancer. After having 2 previous cancer fights and weeks complaining of severe back pain 4+weeks of oxycodone it took an ER visit to diagnose the cancer. Dr. Bhushan should have noticed this was odd and recommended a quick visit to see if something was wrong. Issue 2 poor follow up not renewing prescriptions. Had arthritis in the shoulder seen while in the hospital and prescribed gabapintin. Dr Bhushan refused to renew and gave no reason. Had UTI and it took 45 days for her to follow up not counting weekends. Issue 3– uncaring staff. Canceled appointment and did not call. Instead claimed they called a 3rd party and asked that to be relayed. The relationship with the patient for 10 years should be what matters. This practice is not about patient care but instead concerned about dollars. Horrible experience.
PLEASE If you need help ...FIND another group. I have called and cried all day. They will NOT help you. Went in Tuesday and fought since then because Evidently Dr Bilbrey decided a torn Rotator cuff was not a problem. I have no clue if it is Dr Bilbrey or nurse. With torn rotator I get 9 pain pills. I get it...there is a drug problem across the USA BUT what about the true pain problems So now I guess I pay double for an ER visit WTH
She gets very impatient the longer she sees you and eventually becomes extremely rude. She does not like patients with problems. Anyone that has true physical problems that make her think get yourself a better doctor
This is the best group of doctors you can go to Started bringing my son to Dr. Hollie cant say enough good things about them.
They stated that they are not accepting new patients till after the first of the year.
I have seen Dr. Bhushan now for 11 years. I have never been so thoroughly checked for everything I seem to have so many things wrong with me but she has been able to diagnose the proper illness and even find the root of all of my problems. I am so thankful and blessed to have found her and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor to check everything and leave no stones unturned...as the saying goes
I was a patient of Dr Bushans when I began to have anxiety. I had no life changes to bring this on and thought it was something medical. She referred me to a psychiatrist and when I told her I didn’t need one and if she was doing her job correctly and checked me out she would find something wrong. 3 days later I received a letter that I was fired as her patient. I’m banned from all Galen Doctors and am humiliated. My OBGYN ran blood work found my B12 and vit D was low and hormones a mess.
Dr. Bushman is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I work in healthcare and that makes for an impatient patient sometimes. I’ve never had to wait very long at all for her and she doesn’t rush and takes her time to think about the best decision in each case. Amazing doctor
I would not recommend Susan Bhushan to anyone other than a young very healthy person.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
