I met Dr Terry F Holmes through MDLIVE. He is a psychiatrist. I had my one and only telehealth meeting with Dr Holmes on July 22, 2021. I was dealing with depression but was interested in trying to get off of some of my many medications. Dr Holmes suggested I stop several medications, but 3 of the medications should not be stopped suddenly nor at the same time. Also he wanted me to stop taking my cardiac medication but my cardiologist reduced my dosage. I suffered mentally to the point of suicide ideation. I tried calling MDLIVE to reach him but was unsuccessful. I ended up in a Behavior Health hospital for 5 days. As soon as my medication were restarted, my depression became more manageable. I do not recommend this physician to anyone!

My one and only visit with Dr Holmes was through MDLIVE. I was depressed but was interested in stopping some of many medications for various medical issues. Dr Holmes suggested several, including 3 that should neither be stopped suddenly, nor at the same time. Due to the withdrawal I became suicidal and ended in a Behavior Health Hospital for 5 days. As soon as these medications were restarted, my depression became manageable and I am seeing other mental health providers.
