This doctor took the time to give us a call to give us an update as we were traveling from out of town to see a family member in Chattanooga. She was very considerate and direct and we appreciated it very much.

I was having a heart attack and Dr Pollard was taking care of me at Memorial Northpark. She stayed at my bedside making me feel safe in an intense episode. She called a code STEMI for me to be transferred for r a cardiac stent. Excellent practitioner.

I hated this woman. My grandfather, who was a stage 4 lung cancer patient, went into the ER and was admitted because he fell out of bed during his last months and could not get up. His cancer had spread to his bones, lymph nodes and brain from his lungs. She was SO rude to my family & to him. He was an 81 year old Veteran and when he was admitted we were "lucky" enough to have this woman as our "Doctor"...she kept yelling for him to move toward her and move his legs and he couldn't because of the bone cancer. Basically, it was time for him to be put on hospice. He was in his final stages and he ended up being sent home on hospice. When I stepped in and told the woman that we were there because he COULD NOT MOVE and suggested that she stop being so rude to him because he didn't understand what was going on (he couldn't tell her the date or who the president was if that gives you an idea of his mindset) ...she proceeded to insult me and question my level of education and intelligence, asking me what I did for a living and what I went to school for because she had a medical degree and I was in no place to speak to her that way. I, in return, told her she was in no position to speak to anyone including myself or my sick grandpa the way that she did regardless of what kind of degree she had....I immediately complained to the president of the hospital, had her removed from his case and called the next day and filed a formal complaint. I also sent a video of her "exam" showing how rough and rude she was with an 81 year old cancer patient, to the board of directors at memorial. It's sad if this woman is still practicing medicine, but if she is I hope no one is naive enough to let her treat them.

What can I say about this woman? I can't call her a doctor. She was the doctor on duty the evening my dad passed away. She never came in the entire time of her shift to check on him. The only time she came in was after he had passed away. She told my mom to hold his hand and talk to him and that he might hear her. Hey, did they not teach you in medical school that when your dead your dead? My family will never have to worry about using her services. She needs to go back to medical school!

Awful! I hate this woman, she treated my family and dying grandfather HORRIBLY in his last days. I sent a video of her exam to the president of memorial, she doesn't deserve a medical license and I honestly wish I had punched her in the face.

overall excellent. While I don't want to have to return to the hospital, if I do, I would want this compassionate and knowledgeable physician to attend to me.
