Todd Fowler's Online Review Report Card

I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours. My appointment was about 25 mins long. I was a new patient just getting my ear looked at so Dr Fowler post ear infection. I then received a $900+ bill for medical services that no one even presented to me as optional. I will never be back and I will defer any of my friends from visiting. They are robbing people without telling them.

I'm sure Dr. Fowler is awesome but he/staff does not return calls promptly. Their message says the nurse or Dr will call back within 24-48 hours. After waiting OVER 48 hours, I called and left a message again with the receptionist highlighting my disappointment. Another 24 hours has gone by and STILL NO PHONE CALL. I just called and left a turse message. When you have a brain scan done 2 weeks ago and are very frightened that something may be drastically wrong, you pray that the physician would understand and at least have the common courtesy to call back. SOOOOO Disappointed.

I visited Dr. Fowler on October 18th for my first appointment with him. The appointment went fine. Nothing special, but nothing bad stuck out. He said he would like to schedule a CT scan on my sinus, and I went through the steps to schedule that after my appointment. I got said CT scan on Friday, October 29th and was told by the technician it would probably take a day or so to get the results from my doctor. I didn’t hear anything the following Monday, but I figured the office was busy and needed some time. So I waited until the next Thursday (Nov. 4) to call and leave a voicemail. Never heard back. Called again first thing Monday the 8th. Didn’t hear back. Called again the next day, was hung up on 6 times, and finally spoke with a receptionist who was very nice and listened to my pleas to leave a note for the nurses to call me back as I hadn’t received ANY information about getting my results. Didn’t hear back. Called again today, now the 10th of November. 12 days post scan. I’m sure I won’t hear back. At this point, I am clearly in search of a new ENT, and would really appreciate getting my scan results so I am able to bring them to my next provider. This was the only idea I had to get a response. Thanks.

I sent my sister to see Dr. Fowler because she was having a lot of sinus infections and he is a very good Doctor. My mother and brother were his patients while they were alive. He did surgery and all went well. She continued to have problems so he ordered a CT and told her to call after the CT and schedule an appointment got discuss the CT. She has called 5 times left a message each time and ...

A joke…. Ordered a CT . Took two weeks to get scheduled. Paid out of pocket $135 copay. He never even looked at the CT or ever contacted me. After several calls to his office and rude staff I found another physician. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergency ????

Dr. Fowler was Awesome! He was very thorough and I would Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Fowler is an excellent doctor. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also has the people skills necessary to effectively communicate with his patients. He quickly diagnosed my problem, developed a plan of action, and within days I was feeling normal again. This man is one of the very best doctors we have in Hamilton County, TN.
