I have been a patient of Dr. Hensley for nearly 20 years. He has been a wonderful, conscientious and caring physician. He always aggressively addresses any health issues that I come to him about. His staff has always treated both me and my late husband with caring and gentleness. I recommend him to anyone that wants a physician that genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Hensley has been my doctor for many years and is very caring and compassionate. He has helped me with things that I know other doctors wouldn’t. He has the best bedside manner and always answers all of my questions. My husband also sees him for his type 2 diabetes and he is taking very good care of him. I would recommend him to anyone!!

He's my new primary care Dr. I've seen him twice. He's listened to everything I've had to say then answered my questions. He was very thourall and very nice both times. I did wait 15 minutes past my 1st appt but the outcome of the office visit made up for it.

Made an appt for 9. Wasn’t called until 9:50. Blonde at front desk was very rude when I questioned the long wait. She explained that they take walkins as well as appts, and if the walk-in patient has been waiting, they’ll see them over you. Very bad policy and rude woman. I don’t care how good the doctor is, if your staff is rude and inept.
