Ann Jefferds's Online Review Report Card

My last visit for a routine annual exam took 1 1/2 hours and she caught 2 significant problems. She asks many questions that help in the diagnosis and is a hands on examiner.

Dr. Jefferds has unique abilities as a pulmonologist. She does not hesitate to think outside the box, and always considers the unique aspects of her patients. I have seen her for many years, and I consider myself fortunate.

I came to see dr. Jeffords without insurance. Knowing I was going to have to pay more was fine with me. She gave me a three month supply of a number of different medications. When I got to the pharmacy my testosterone was only a one month supply. When calling her back, she said she needed to do a blood panel on me. Yet when I just had got done seeing her, they gave me a blood panel. She knew I don't have insurance, and wanted me to go back in for another blood panel. And for a physical. None of this made any sense to me, she could have given me my medications, and gotten it finished and done the first time. Now I'm looking at multiple visits, and a physical when I don't need it. She gave me a physical less than a year ago. I'm tired of this practice! I will never go back to Dr Jeffords!

I found Dr. Jeffers to be very knowledgeable, extremely kind, considerate & professional without being stuff. She listened, a lost art, & gave her recommendations. I came to her after looking long & hard for an Internal med doc. I found a gem. The office is a little stiff, but she is NOT. Thank you.

I see Dr. Jeffers as my Internal med Dr. I find her knowledgeable, kind , considerate as well as professional. I would recommend her to anyone for care.

Fantastic! She is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens, she is compassionate, and very engaged. I miss her terribly!! She is no longer at this location, however.

I would never recommend her to any one. I do believe she is a good doctor but her staff is horrible. They don't listen, they are argumentative anecdotes when you try too give them the correct information they call you a liar. This is the worst office I have ever been to. They wouldn't correct the billing until I told them I would report them for insurance fraud. Two days later I got a letter that she would no longer see me.

I have seen Dr. Jefferds for many years. She is an excellent physician. She is a kind, caring, and knowledgeable physician. She takes time with you and makes sure you she has done what needs to be done.

Dr Jeffords is a pleasant woman, however her follow-thru and competence are not up to par. While appointments are easy to get, she seemed vaguely confused while we spoke. She ordered the wrong test including an unnecessary ABG. She told me it was a lab mistake, but it was what she ordered. She promised to call with results, however she never called and the results are still unavailable to me. To top things off; she left the clinic without notice to the patients. I'm out hundreds of dollars

I was told at my last visit that my insurance doesn't pay her enough and that it was costing her too much to see me. She said I needed to find a different doctor.
