My 91 yr old mother is here today for a simple mohs surgery. Appt was at 11:00 and it's now 3:30. She's been waiting to be stitched for 45 minutes in a room by herself. When I inquired how she was, I was given a curt answer that it takes time. This is not the 1st time she's spent 5 hrs here but it will be the last. Other patients are also experiencing the same thing, so I'm certainly now saying she's being si glad out due to her age.

Came in two months ago, went into the back office exam area with my husband, came today for a follow up visit , the Bad spoken attendant at the door would not let me go back with my husband for a check up with him, I told her he had a stroke does not balance nor see well, and that I went back with him last time. She said nope, our rules can’t go back to the room with him. I told her again , last time I was allowed to, she said our rules, nope. I said then hold on to him, as she did not, and allowed him to walk alone. Another issue with healthcare system I. This state. Dr. Carranza is very knowledgeable as a dermatologist and always asks several times "Is there anything else you want me to look at?"

Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me, checked me in and the wait time was minimal. I really like Dr. Carranza. She took great care of my dad and now takes great care of me. She really cares about her patients. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Carranza to anyone.

The facility is very nice and clean and all of the staff was very professional and friendly. I liked Dr Carranza a lot because she really took her time and addressed all of my needs. I would have given 5 stars, but over an hour wait for a 7:20 A.M. appointment I thought was a little much. However since she took that much time with me maybe she does that with all her patients.
