Dr Arinze is always engaged and patience in my visit. He takes the time to explain why I need certain medication and the consequences if I did not take it or did not take it properly. He makes sure my medication is updated. He makes sure my yearly shots are up to date plus my other yearly exams are up to date. He takes the time to check if my living arrangement is good and if I'm satisfied with it. Not all Doctors cares that much.

I have been seeing Dr.A for a few years now. He is caring and goes out of his way to take care of me. At one point in my care he actually gave me his private cell phone number in case I needed to reach him over the weekend while the office was closed. I appreciate having a caring doctor and his equally caring staff.

Dr. Festus Arinze was the covering physician for Dr. Samuel Bada...he refused to see my father, in spite of the fact my father was sent to the emergency room, no diagnosis has been made, was rude to my father's nurse & refused to come to the phone to speak with me! WOW! Way to go! So much for physicians ACTUALLY BEING PROFESSIONAL! His receptionist is rude also!

Dr. Arinze is great! But if you want something changed or done for an elderly parent..don't talk to his nurse..I think Kanisha? She doesn't call u back She doesn't do ANYTHING she tells u that she will do! If he got some decent help..his business would probaly increase!
