If I could give ZERO stars I would. I made an appointment with this clinic to have my 6 year old seen because of chest pain and establish care. I fill out all of the forms on their tablet and indicate he is adopted, because he is. After we are back in the exam room I had two different nurses or MA’s ask if I’d given the desk his paperwork. I said yes, it was all on the tablet. A third (whatever position she was)person came in and said they needed his adoption paperwork to be seen. Fortunately he was just recently told he was adopted or that would’ve been a heart shattering way to be told, but I told her no, there’s no paperwork, my husband and I are on his birth certificate just the same as my biological children. I was getting angry at this point because they asked if I had his birth certificate with me. I said, “No, do you require every parent to bring a birth certificate?”. She said no and went to get the doctor. The doctor came in and said he couldn’t be seen without proof I was his guardian. I told her I’m not his guardian, I’m his MOTHER!!! I then reiterated everything I said to the “nurses” and said, “you know what? Son, get your clothes on and all of you get out of the room and away from my child.” The uneducated idiots left the room and I took my son and left because apparently, they discriminate against adoptive parents. Also, I have private health insurance and they had difficulties figuring out how to enter it into their system. If I’m billed for this visit, I’ll have an attorney involved.

Wait time, and condescending 2 hours after appointment was scheduled. Not like it was a day of schedule. It’s been scheduled for months.

The on call nurses are fantastic and overall a good clinic

So I was told to come at 8am by the receptionist. I'm here with two newborns that are only 3weeks old and it's cold outside and they are not open. If she knew that they won't be open until 9 then schedule me for 9. She then told me even if the text say 9 come at 8. Omg now I'm here with my babies and they are closed. I'm pissed because I have my newborns in this weather for a lie. Please fix your staff.

MY CHILDREN LOVE HER . AND SHE TAKES A VERY HANDS ON APPROACH WITH THEM. 💟💟💟💟💟💟

Dr. Gina has always been there when in need and does a wonderful job.. Really Great Lady and so happy I found her for my children.. Her entire staff are really great also!!

I had really high hopes for this clinic as it was near our home, and I heard good reviews from a relative that was a nurse. For my daughter's yearly check-up, we waited 1 and a half HOURS and that's not an exaggeration. She watched an entire movie. I asked to reschedule to help them out because the waiting room was full with no seats left, but I was assured it would be soon. Once we went back, the staff was just ok. Dr. Gina herself seemed knowledgeable and helped us with a referral, but didn't have good bedside manner with my child and me in general. I don't even think she smiled at us, or attempted to play with my daughter to help her stop crying. I would expect that from maybe an urgent care clinic, but not a ped's office.

We Went To The Office On A Tuesday, She Was Diagnosed With An Ear Infection. I Headed To The Pharmacy An Hour After The aAppointment Thinking The Medicine Would Be Ready. The Pharmacist Said Nothing Was Sent Over. They Called The Doctors Office And She Had Already Left To Lunch. I Called Her A Few Times Tuesday Afternoon, All Day Wednesday, And All Morning Thursday Being Told She's With A Patient, She's Gone, Any Excuse They Could Use Meanwhile My Child Is Suffering With An Ear Ache... Extremely Unprofessional Conduct. I Will Not Take My Children Back To A Staff Who Does Not Care For Each Patients Well Being!

Dr. Gina is wonderful with the children that she takes care of and is really interested in what is going on in their world. I am thankful for having a great doctor that I can trust with my children.

My daughter was sick last friday. Red bumps on face, swollen throat, horrible coughing, and high fever. Took her to Dr. Gina. She checked my daughter out and said she would call in prescription. Pharmacy never got it, had to wait all weekend while doing what I could at home, called Monday 5 times and told me the doc would send it everytime... 8pm still no medicine for my daughter. Now she's in a waiting room with me at hospital. I sincerely parents i do not recommend this doctor. Give your child the care and attention they deserve.
