Dr. Couch is an excellent doctor. He is extremely thorough and very caring about the details of your care. I drive about 45 minutes to reach him and every time I meet with him, I remember why I make the drive! I have highly recommended him to my friends.

Dr Couch has treated 3 generations of my family members so we've seen the practice grow tremendously. It is harder to get an appointment with him. And he no longer sees hospital patients BUTwe receive the same quality of care as we did when he opened his practice. He gave my grandparents excellent care. He gave my sister and brothers the same quality care. He saw my father thru a terminal disease, and has been treating my mother for 30 years. She now suffers from dementia and it takes a lot longer for our visits.She receives the same courtesy and attention to detail that have marked our experience with this doctor. His experience is second to none and it would be hard to find a finer kinder physician who remembers the patient is the reason for the practice.

At my first appointment, Dr. Couch seemed ok, but after the surgery, I asked him a question about a treatment I'd heard of. He said that treatment was something that was tried several years ago, but was not found to have any merit. He asked where in the world I got the information - I'd gotten the pamphlet from the ONE office. Also, during the surgery when he thought I was asleep, but I wasn't, he was commenting on how disgusting my "fat" knees were. I didn't return for the second surgery for my other knee, and now there has been significant damage done. I would not return to him if he was the last surgeon in town.

This guy is a poor excuse for a human being let alone a competent Dr., RUDE, Condescending and flat out an ASS!Went after refferred by my GP for severe back pain/ruptured discs and was told basically that it wasnt that abd and all in my head. Asked for anoither opinion and seen by anothe ONE doc, Dr. Scott Karr who immediately said i needed surgery and also had DDD. Told hi of dr Couch's behaviour and he said he wasnt surprised. Couch is not only a quack, but hes a rude idiot with a God complex!! Dont waste your time seeing him!! Its an excercise in futility!
