Dr. Carter is a brilliant doctor, but more than that, he is a calm, caring and thoughtful person, who truly takes care of his patients. He is always abreast of any medical advancements in his field. He is interested in the health of the patient as a whole. He will treat and care for your disease, but he will also try to help you alleviate the problems that may be the root of your disease. He is one of the smartest physicians I have met, and I recommend him highly.

I want to correct a review I left a few weeks ago, Nurse Practitioner Heather Garrette deserves a much better review than I left her. She is very Professional and sees anyone has up to date medical care and was my Dr for many years and I thank her. Because of my pain in my cervical and my upcoming surgery I left a very negative review of her and because of that I leave this review and hope it is seen as rapidly as the other. I am not wanting to see her in the future just wanting to correct my error and say thank you Dr Heather Garrett. But it is not several months later and I must add that since seeing a new Doctor that my first review of Heather Garrett was much more realistic than I first thought as my new Doctor and her staff and far superior in every aspect!

I am a patient of Dr. Carter and highly recommend as an excellent cardiologist with a subspecialty in electrophysiology. Dr Carter listens carefully, is forthcoming and answers questions in detail. I always feel comfortable and very well cared for by the entire staff. As a Healthcare professional, I chose Dr Carter due to his excellent reputation. I am so fortunate to be in his care. I have referred friends who are very pleased.

Very excellent service and professional staffs. Doctor himself is very excellent. No other words can describe. He is very details, professional. After all exams, he will meet patient one more time to go over all the exams, offer to check up and follow up after. Best.
