Yesterday was our first time there. The staff were friendly and both doctors worked hard to find out why my husband was feeling so sick. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out and the wait time to see the doctor was pretty long but I assume that was because he was a new patient. I would recommend both doctors.

The staff here is working very hard to keep up but this office is run like an urgent care. Every time we go here it is a 2+ hour ordeal even with a scheduled appointment. We waited 90 minutes WITH a scheduled appointment and Dr. Narula saw us for 5 minutes. The appointment was very rushed and he didnt seem to have time to listen. This site says offers teleheath appointments but the telehealth option is waiting on hold until the doctor has a chance to talk to you. You have to have an appointment for everything referrals medication refills etc. you cannot leave a message for the doctor. They will draw your blood at every visit even if you were just checked so that they can bill for it. They pack all the patients in for the money.

I go to Dry Harjeet and I love her but there is NO reason people have to wait so long Ive waited 4hrs several times. Ive gone to doctors all my life there is NO reason for people waiting that long Organize is the Answer This is the most dis organized doc office that I have ever been to and Im 58 years old Come on Doctor Organize it will make things a ton easier for you and everone involved
