Dr. Adey is well-known by other doctors in his field. Both myself and my wife are seeing him. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if some chairs in the waiting room had no arms for larger people. Dr. Adey is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He is very compassionate and treats everyone with great respect. Dr. Adey takes the time to answer all your questions. Yes, it can be 2 hours before you see him. So just bring a book to read or watch one of the two TVs they have in the waiting room.

Super great staff, he is very kind and knows his stuff. With that said prob the worst ive ever seen not being on time....EVER. I always find it very rude of doctors like this. You try being late 2-3 hours 90% of the time, every time you have an appointment. Let me know how that works out for you.

He was an excellent cardiologist. My heart problem was only slightly noticeable on an ekg. He noticed and recommended me to a wonderful vanderbilt surgeon.Vanderbilt was amazed my cardiologist noticed the problem so instead of having to go to Vanderbilt for follow up appointments, my local cardiologist, Dr. Adey, was sufficient.

You will have an extremely long wait to see this doctor - but he's worth it. A bit reserved in manner, but extremely courteous. Takes the time to explain diagnosis and treatment in detail. Gives you a high level of confidence in his abilities.
