She was rude and had no time of day for the family of a man that was dying. I cannot believe how we were treated and how she treated my father. We have been in the medical profession for years and have not received such treatment!!

Dr. Oleru was the hospitalist in the ER. She had no bedside manner with my elderly mother...or me. She questioned me as if we were not being honest about my mother's condition. Not one kind word was spoken while she was questioning me or examining my mother.

Did not smile once, very unfriendly and terrible bedside manner. Hurt my mother when she was examining her. not clear on her diagnosis.

Dr. Oleru displayed no patient empathy and was rude. Made no attempt to provide medical opinion. She informed me that the life threatening symptoms had been eliminated and I was being discharged. No possible cause of source of pain was discussed.
