This is only about the office people. Called today was put on hold and eventually I had to disconnect. Called back, told another person about the problem, asked for phone number, she said I would get a call back soon bit never happened. I visited this doctor once but perhaps will not go back because of the people in the office.

The wait was longer then I expected but it was worth it. Doctor Harper’s staff was professional and Doctor Harper is just the best.

Dr. Harper is one of my favorite doctors. She is caring and knowledgable and I am very satisfied with her. If I were to have one complaint, it's the long waiting times. I did not get out of the office until 5:30. My appointment was for 3:50. That's big amount of time to spend at a doctor's office. Unfortunately it's the norm. I realize that she does not rush any of her patient visits. Maybe they are overbooking?

When I went for an annual check up I found the Doctor to be at first quite friendly. But as the appointment went on I had anxieties and fears about the whole situation, like many women do...I even relayed the fact of my feelings. In the end she didn’t care and to be honest made me feel uncomfortable by the end of everything. It has been awhile since that visit but I felt like this needed to be said.
