Anna Burgess's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Burgess is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever worked with. I have a variety of health care needs & specialists. She takes her time not to miss any specifics & always eager to communicate with my other Drs so that I can get the best care. Dr. Burgess is rare in that she is not a medicine pusher. I have found that her goal is to find & fix the problem, instead of treat the symptoms & that is so refreshing to have a doctor who shows her genuine care about your health. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas, but it also not cocky in that she is honest when a referral is needed, to be sure you get all the care you need. Did I mention she is cute and sweet as a button?! I have since had my parents and all family members switch to her as their PCP.

I love Dr. Burgess and everything about the Jackson Clinic! The clinic is easy to get to, has close & convenient free parking, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have their own lab right there on site. They offer a patient portal for quick and easy access to my records. Dr. Burgess is kind and patient. She listens to me and asks questions to help me clarify my needs. She has a wonderful staff who are all just so nice and helpful. I drive over 50 miles to go to this clinic and have Dr. Burgess as my doctor. I am so happy to have her as my doctor and absolutely trust her guidance and medical advice.

The Jackson Clinic is very efficient, clean, easy to get to, easy to park, and has lab right there on site. The staff is friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. Dr Burgess is a wonderful doctor. She listens, responds appropriately, and explains things well. She is very calm, yet responsive to your needs. Test results are posted promptly and the clinic has user-friendly online access for patients. I am so very pleased with her care and expertise!

I knew from the moment I sat down with Dr. Burgess during my grandmother's appointment that I wanted her as my primary doctor as well. She is well educated and very intelligent yet has a common sense approach that instantly puts you at ease. She listens and you can feel that she truly hears you and cares. I have never felt so disrespected by a ‘doctor’. She was more interested in expressing how offended she was at me questioning her medical practice than helping me. Apparently ‘Dr.’ Burgess only treatment for any condition is antidepressants. So if you want to be a lab rat for her ‘genius’ ‘depression’ therapy, because that’s the only diagnosis she will offer; then give her a try. But don’t dare question her methods because if you weren’t depressed when you went in you will be when you leave.

The most awful health provider I have ever been to. She would shake her head the entire time I was explaining my situation like she wasn’t listening and caused me to hurry to try get out what I was saying. I just moved from a different state and need to reapply for fmla that my old dr had previously granted me for my medical condition. She told me she has never granted fmla for my issue and will not and that I can’t just walk in on the first visit and expect that very rudely. I will not be back
