The nurses are incredibly rude. My Grandmother was a patient at Jackson clinic North. I have had to take over her care and she has had to move in with me. I've tried having the office provide required paperwork to social security and myself AFTER providing them with Power of Attorney, and they've done nothing to help. They've made it INCREDIBLY hard to take care of my Grandmother's legalities. They do not care about the families trying to help their elderly family members... they truly could care less. I would not recommend this office.

SHE TOOK THE TIME TO TALK WITH US ,AND TO ME THIS MEANS EVERYTHING.SHE BASED HER CONSERNS ABOUT MY OVER ALL HEALTH.SHE WAS VERY POLITE TOWARD ME.I PERSONLLY WOULD RECOMMEND HER.

Dr Freshwater so personable. She is always professional and the wait time is not long at all. She is thorough and takes the time to answer your questions. I finally have a primary care doctor and she ROCKS!!!
