I would put a zero if I could. She saw me while in the hospital with Pnuemonia, noted a spot on my lungs, did some test and said she'd follow up. I was released from the hospital and called for follow up and basically was told she's not taking new patients and had no intentions of following up but would send results to my primary care. turns out they have only 2 doctors taking new patients and gave me a number for west tn healthcare pulmonary specialists if I wanted to see someone but it wouldn't be them.

Staffer called to let me know the doctor had reviewed my cpap data and everything looked good and I should just continue the program. I told the staffer I found that very interesting since that cpap machine was recalled and I quit using it months before, What data was the doctor looking at?

Dr. Hager is so thorough and caring. She has been the pulmonologist for my Dad who was hospitalized with covid and she will continue on once he’s discharged. She has made a huge difference in his health and care and we are so grateful that she’s part of his team!

Saw her for three months concerning a pleural effusion. No action except tests. No diagnosis. No treatment. Finally gave up on her.

Her opinion is is different from others and has caused my insurance to stop paying for my cpap supplies which they have done for past 3 years my visits which was not by no means what I expected and should not went to 3 timed
