Very rude & unprofessional. I dropped off private, time- sensitive paperwork at the Jackson Clinic. They lost it. Then I was treated like I never filled it out & dropped it off to deflect from the fact that they lost it. I was transferred to the wrong nurse and got hung up on when I was transferred again. Dr. Garey’s office told me to contact Dr. Ahmed’s office. Dr. Ahmed’s office told me to contact Dr. Garey’s office. Nobody knew anything about the paperwork or where it could be. Between the 2 Dr.’s there were 7 messages back and forth of absolutely no answers. Staff is incredibly rude. Dr Garey did not understand or care why I was so upset.

I bring my Mom to Dr. Garey and he is an excellent Doctor with a very kind and caring personality. Mom is very comfortable with him.

I was visiting my mother from out of state and needed Dr Garey to fill out some papers we needed for her with one day left before leaving. The receptionist Falicity , his PA and he worked with me to get it completed. Very understanding, patient, and courteous.
