Just read the same experience from another patient on the reviews. By far one of the rudest doctors I've ever had a consultation with. Sized me up in less than 5 mins. How's that even possible? Some doctor's need to check themselves. Empathize instead of arrogance. Didn't they teach you that in med school?

Without asking proper questions or inquiring my circumstances, made an assumption and his own diagnosis and was in and out in less than five mins. Receiving NO care from him and his billing dept still had the nerve to send a bill for "doctor expertise". Some doctors are a compete joke...

I saw Dr. Laird today, and I was so comforted by him. He spent a lot of time with me and helped me understand the surgery that he was going to perform on me. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Laird is the best doctor I've seen in many years. He does not rush you like you're on an assembly line. He asks questions and actually listens to you and talks with you about your concerns and options. He treats patients with care and lets you know what to expect every step of the way. I have never said this about a doctor before, but medically, I trust Dr. Laird completely. Office staff is friendly and helpful too (another rare occurrence these days).

I've seen Dr. Laird 4 times now. Each and every time he is the most patient, understanding, likeable, easy going, polite doctor I have ever seen. He takes his time and listens. He is NEVER in a rush to get out of the room. He has involved my husband in the visit each time, making sure we both understand what he's looking for/at, what he feels the treatment should be. He answers every question with understanding. I feel safe and at ease knowing he is my doctor. THANK YOU DR. LAIRD.

still waiting for a letter to set follow up appointment......was supposed to be two months but has now become 4 months......need to do something about the appointment scheduling
