Cataract surgery with Toric lenses ($1499 per eye paid up front). Left eye is fine. Right eye is ruined. Dr. Underwood "put the wrong lens" in my eye....his words not mine. Recommended second surgery to correct his mistake. This second surgery left me with permanent damage to my cornea. (Persistent and irreversible swelling) I understand risk with surgery. "Oops I screwed up" should never be one of them.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes with Toric lenses to correct for astigmatism. ($1499 PER EYE UP FRONT.) One eye is fine. The other eye will never be right. Dr. David Underwood told me, from his lips to his god's ears, "we put the wrong lens in your eye". He then recommended a second surgery which damaged my cornea. (Persistent and irreversible swelling.) I understand that there is some risk involved with every surgery. But "oops, I screwed up" should never be one of them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their vision.

Dr. Underwood judt completed the cataract surgery on both my eyes and they are better than they have been in over 40 years and I am 55. I highly recommend him.

The optometrist did all of the preliminary work for my cataract surgery. I only got to speak to doctor Underwood because I asked to prior to the surgery. The surgery has left me with vision in one eye which is not clear at any distance. I plan to go to another doctor for the 2nd eye. I give two stars only because he did a good job with my laser surgery years ago

Dr. Underwood did laser surgery on my eyes as well as my daughter's eyes and did an outstanding job. He was very caring and concerned - as were his staff. Everything went exactly as he said it would in both surgeries.
