I like and trust Dr. Rainey with my health care needs that she sees my for. She knows what she's doing and spends enough time with you to know what is your problem and then she discussed with you about what she's going to do. I value that bc most doctor's just do stuff to you and don't involve you. Dr. Rainey does and I appreciate that alot. The only thing that I'd like to be changed is the call back times on messages you leave. Dr. Rainey also shows kindness, compassion and concern for her patients and makes we have what we need before we go. She's a Wonderful doctor in my book. Thank You, Amy Rufus!

My overall experience with Dr. Rainey has been wonderful. I could not ask for a more caring doctor. She keeps me very informed on what is going on with my situation. She has even on several occasions called me at my home (herself) to give me a report on results of a test or changes she would need to make in medication. I have never had another doctor that would actually call me theirself they usually have a nurse or someone else call. To me taking the time to call a patient shows just how caring the doctor is. I have appreciated everything that Dr. Rainey has done for me and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone.
