Prompt, courteous, friendly service. Dr McBride was knowledgeable and quickly assessed, diagnosed, and set up follow up.

Dr. McBride's manner was extremely rushed, to the point of being almost rude. This was especially annoying after having waited almost 2 hours to be seen at the Convenient Care location. My issue was a simple one and I did not dither around, but went straight to the point. He was unwilling to discuss treatment options if I developed Covid following a close personal exposure. He just repeatedly told me that if my symptoms got worse that I needed to see a doctor, even after I told him twice that I had no health insurance. Charged me $150 for nothing but a rapid Covid screen test. He seemed to lack any concern or compassion for my situation. I will never willingly see this physician again. He was just the luck (not) of the draw today.

Have seen Dr McBride twice. Once for my granddaughter for strep and myself. He is awesome and actually listens. Not to busy to actually have a discussion.

Got out of work early to get there on time and I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment.. sat in the waiting room for almost a hour before I got up and walked out
