I have been to see Dr Glass and his PA 5 times since he opened in Fernandina Beach snd 2 of the times I had an appointment I was sent away by the receptionist. The first time I was late for my appointment 1 minute over so I was charged $35.00 snd rescheduled for the next day. The appointment I had on Friday of the storm, the office called me and rescheduled for the Wednesday before the storm at 9:30, ...

Dr. Glass is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He is thorough, caring, and easy to talk with. He listens well, explains clearly, and follows up in a timely manner. My only complaint is that he has too many patients, and there is often a very long wait at his office in Winter Haven. His staff is courteous and helpful, though, so it is all worth the wait.
