Dr Downie is a 5 star The staff and returning calls and getting information or back with you is a 1 star terrible never communicate or call you back you get voice mail that is a joke

I’ve been waiting an hour. Nothing is more aggravating than being told you have an appointment at one time and you don’t get seen for over an hour past your appointment time. (Still waiting...)

Dr. Downie & the staff were very courteous. They were on time, I did not have to wait. The doctor thoroughly explained my condition and ensured that I understood the treatment plan. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He did not rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his time.

He did an excellent sinus surgery on my son- Justin and my son has not had any problems since. I am very grateful for Dr. Downie because when my child is sick-so am I. Dr. Downie is the ultimate professional and my whole family would highly recommend him with no hesitation!!!

I was extremely disappointment with this provider. I had a CT scan done with an outside facility at the recommendation of Dr. Downie. When I called his office and asked for the results, they refused, stating that I had to make an appointment to find out my results and their first opening was a week or two away. I drove back to the facility where I had my CT scan done and got my results myself and found out I did not have anything wrong. Why couldn't Dr. Downie's office tell me that over the phone. Oh let me guess, could the requirement for a copay be involved. That would of been a waste of my time and money to hear, "Oh, your results were normal". Very unprofessional, I would not go back for this reason alone.

My daughter was seen by him in the Alpharetta location, he immediately scheduled her for a surgical procedure. He was very caring, and has excellent bedside manner. He was very thorough and tried as hard as he could to remove a lodged googly eye from her nasal cavity. He made sure to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Excellent and knowledgeable doctor. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was not made clear to me that the anesthesiologist cost was not covered by my insurance which is horrible considering the office staff told me the procedure was covered, I ended up with an unexpected bill of over $1500

Dr Downie has been seeing my children and myself for years. He listens to what we say and cares about each patient. He has moved and started his own practice with an allergist as well. We will definitely follow him wherever he goes. His new location is 3333 old Milton parkway. Suite 520. Alpharetta, ga
