He is the best he saved my life he did my thyroid surgery. I give him a10 !!!!!! Awesome dr . He cares about his patients. And he has great bedside manners .. his nurses r awesome too !!!!

As a retired health care practitioner I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of medical care as it applies to patients through other physicians. During the last two years I have endured extreme agony as a result of very poor and at times negligent physician intervention in terms of surgical care for me. I was lucky to have found Dr. Mahalati.In my opinion, based on more than thirty years in the health care profession, Kamran Mahalati stands equally with the finest surgeons and physicians I have had the privilege to study and train with in my career.I had a rare defect that ONLY an exceptional surgeon could repair, which he did. His exceptional care, compassion and skill saved my tired old bones from a life of constant and intense physical pain into feeling young and healthy again. This is a person who will NEVER leave your side until you are well and able to return to a healthy and productive life style. As someone who truly had the privilege to work with some of the world's most renowned surgeons, Dr. Mahalati stands toe to toe with all of them. If he believes he can help you he will do so without hesitation and he will do so with extreme kindness, professionalism and compassion.To say he is great is a gross UNDERSTATEMENT. There are many fine surgeons in this area; Dr. Mahalati is simply the best of all of them in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of his exceptional care, his superb surgical expertise and his unparalleled compassionl. He will literally never leave your side until you are physically recovered and able to return to a happy and healthy productive life style .

Dr Mahalati is the best. We have never experienced this type of concern. He did surgery on my husband on an emergency basis. We are still in the hospital and he keeps me informed. Great doctor/surgeon. Bedside manner is the best ever. 5 stars is not enough.Linda Rice

Dr Mahalati was called in after my father's open heart surgery as he had an illeus. My father a diabetic I did not want him to have surgery unless we had to, and I told Dr Mahalati this. He came in everyday and checked on my Dad and kept a close watch on his sleeping bowel with x rays, and medication adjustments to help his bowel wake up. Dr Mahalati was very patient and professional and focused on his patient, which happened to be my father. Finally after 11 days my dad's bowel woke up. I appreciate his patience and focused care of my father. Fast forward a couple of years later and I had to take my daughter in for a spot on her cheek, and the pediatrician referred us to Dr Mahalati. The spot had to be removed, and he did a great job and did not even leave a scar. Dr Mahalati cares very much for his patient's well being, and is willing to do whatever is necessary to make that happen. I love Dr Mahalati!

Dr. Mahalati was excellence and has great personality. He also knows his business and is a terrific dr. I would also like to add that I had to take both my children with me unexpectedly, and Dr. Mahalati and his staff were wonderful with my young boys. I will definitely see him again if I ever need to in the future.

Great Surgeon. He was very nice, I recuperated nicely and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. I would definitely let him operate on me again.
