C 38275 - Look up this physician on the California Medical Board, he has 3 Malpractice Lawsuits that were reportable on his record, and if you do a diligent search of him you will also find at least 4 other Medical Malpractice lawsuits that were resolved without being reportable. Amazing how this individual is allowed to continue practicing medicine in California and to continue to evaluate Work Comp Applicants as a Qualified Medical Examiner. God know how many individuals have been affected by this incompetent physician and our incompetent governing organizations that are supposed to protect us from physicians just like this individual. Shameful...

jan w duncan performed an l4 and l5 infusion in 2017 and have worse pain then before the surgery and its 11/2/21 and he claimed that "no one else has ever complained and that he said i was exaggerating,if anyone has chronic back pain due to lower disc damage,etc,dont ever get surgery because it will make it worse pain for the rest of my life,i suggest laser surgety where theres no cutting

Do not use this office under any circumstance. They scam you on appointments by charging $90 for a ' Failed Appointment' which I did not even schedule . After calling they said the charge of $90 still stands! Very unhelpful staff that wouldn't put me through to the Manager of the office practice even tho I explained there had been a mix up. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and my health insurance company.

Horrible experience. I am usually a reasonable and patient individual but today, I definitely was tested. This office is charging an arm and a leg for cancelling my appointment. They said they did not note it down so, I provided a call history as proof that I spoke to someone and they said that wasn't good enough. I respect that time is money but I did my part. All I ask for them to do is honor their mistake. It's human error and it happens. They should be more understanding that there's a pandemic going on and people are still getting sick. I decided to stay home that day because a family member was sick and just to be safe and keep everyone safe, it was best to cancel it. I would have gladly paid if i missed it without calling but $90 for being a responsible citizen. Come on!

Ok, let me stop crying before I write. k I'm good. This pains me to shout loud and clear b ware of dis practice. First when I stepped on the scene and end this area. The smell was so foul. Before I walked through the door ( robo____) yelled at me. It pains me to say this youngin was a Afro. This is why I'm crying. My peeps. OMG! The staff was just like him all nationalities. I was blinded. The cotton was real though YO! When I finally was placed in the room. This beautiful sin yo reeta. Told me I was right abt that place(thank you girlie) Managers yelling at the newbies, newbies laughin in pain and takin all that mess. dr duncan condones all this odd behavior. Ignoring the beautiful sinoras crying in pain in the front lobby. I knew I had issues w my nerve on the right side. But dr Duncan said " since we will b end there let's get paid for the left side" to. Ur ins is good and he knows they will pay while his hands tremored. Bye the way why keep my X R AYS! To forge for a nother. I thank GOD! I saw this very odd behavior b 4 the table was set.

I have complete confidence and trust in Dr. Duncan skills, knowledge and judgement. He really cares.

Was referred to Dr Duncan to run tests on my heart since I am long haul post Covid. I’m so glad I did! His manner is kindly, professional, will talk to you and explains things very well and eagerly. His staff are of the same manner. I was very impressed and I’d highly recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is horrible. I called to let them know I decided not to get surgery and if I could pick up my disc? I brought in my own disc with MRI and X-ray images and they refused to return the disc until you come for your next appt and I signed a release. It makes no sense because those are my records that I provided. They said I couldn't come in and sign the release papers with out seeing the doctor. They are extremely rude and to top it off they are the only medical office that does not allow you to use their restroom. Please don't come here you will regret everything. Why would anyone want to have surgery here? Run the other way :-/
