Dr. Nord did a total hip replacement on my husband and did a great job! I would highly recommend Dr. Nord and his staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Nord did both my knee replacements at the same time. Which I requested, being both were in bad shape after accident in military. The Military doctors, and VA had been doing injections for pain for more than 20 years. Dr.Nord gave me magic legs in 2018. Compared to the long term pain, the short term pain was worth it. My quality of life has improved 10 fold. In my opinion, Dr. Nord is the best. My movement with zero pain is blessing. Was back to work in three months. All I can say, Thank you! To Dr.North, all his support staff, also all the rehab personal that got me back to standards. It's great to finally get a great night's sleep, without all the burning throbbing pain.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! This man is a butcher! AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!! He replaced my sister's knee with a size (7) TWO sizes too big! She suffered for 8 years until she found a surgeon who would touch it. It took her EIGHT years of SUFFERING! We found out it was the wrong size causing her profound pain, when it was finally revised by another surgeon. A size 7 was put in by this butcher. It was replaced with the correct size 5 by the second surgeon. This "Dr." Nord will never get the punishment he deserves for crippling my sister. The system fails patients. It is set up for doctors to be free to maime and cripple without any repercussions. My sister will never get the justice she deserves. The only recourse is telling her story in the hopes we can prevent harm to someone else. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "DR." if you value your health and well being and that of your family and friends.

Called several time. Can’t even get them on the phone.

Dr. Nord fixed my left shoulder, keeping it from being replaced 4+ years ago. Now, I have a torn right shoulder. Would always go to him 1st and not waist time. He is a great man!

We had an appointment on July 8,2020 and arrived at our given time. We had pre-registered so now paperwork needed done. We were asked to return to the parking lot and wait for a phone call to enter (due to Covid). After waiting for an hour, I went in to make sure that we weren't forgotten and was told no. After waiting another hour, we decided to leave and 15 minutes after that, we got the phone call. This was a very hot July day. This is crazy. We could have stayed home and come to the appointment and hour late and would still have waited. I can't review Dr Nord because we didn't see him. Because of the manner of his office being run, we found another doctor while sitting in his parking lot.

Wait times are always over an hour and a half. Dr Nord did a good job on my shoulder And I found him knowledgeable and very friendly. Even with the wait times I liked seeing him. His nurse doesn’t listen and constantly talks over you. I tried telling her that the pain meds weren’t working and she scolded me and said I was just out of luck. Another provider and nurse had to get me more meds. This happened on every refill I needed. Then they refused to do the paperwork so my prescriptions were covered by my insurance. I ended up paying 90% out of my own pocket with my deductible met.

Very long wait times

Dr.nord is a very good doctor. Had shoulder labrum surgery. Surgery went great. After surgery care was great. Dr.nord is a great surgeon.
