This office is HORRENDOUS is regards to returning phone calls of patients in distress. After 3 years, I had a very poor experience with Dr. DeSio not returning my phone calls. I was not a person to call his office very often but was having difficulty with a medication. It was extremely frustrating and asked to have my next appointment canceled and that I would need a copy of my records. The response was basically, okay come pick them up tomorrow they will be ready. Then I received a letter from him stating that he would no longer be providing services to me. I would have at leas expected a call from him to find out what went wrong or how I was and certainly not a Dear John letter. That was my experience.

Great Dr.. wouldn't expect this from any dr, compassionate, funny, makes you feel relaxed. Diagnosed my hubby's Parkinson's right off. Would highly recommend Dr. Desio to everyone.

he does not fit the dr image to look at him you would not know he was the dr. He found my nurapothy, mctd and the possiblitiy that i may have ms. he looks at not only the lab results but the symptoms also.

Mark is knowledgeable, helpful and diagnosed an ailment another physician completely missed. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and spend time that most physicians and practitioners NEVER invest in their patients. Great people and great service. Anyone stating otherwise must have been a former employee.
