I really like Dr Smith she listens to your concerns and understands a woman of a certain age. Her nurse is awesome as well. Some of the front office staff can be snarky and that is a shame because that is the first person you see and the people who make your appointments and if they don't like you they put you at the bottom of the pile for call backs and appointments. This is concerning because it affects the way people view an entire practice. If I had not worked for many years in healthcare and know the "ins and outs" I would have moved on but the good doctor keeps me coming back.

Wasn’t allowed to have visit as online sites saying. She accepted new patients and even allowed me to schedule an appointment but in fact was not taking new ones

Dr. Smith has been my doctor since she joined Lee's Summit Family Care, and I couldn't ask for a better physician. She is a great listener and seeks to find solutions to your health concerns. Her office is very responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.

Visited Dr. Smith for routine care. She has been my family's physician for the past 9 years since my move to Lee's Summit and eventual retirement from the Army. Over those 9 years she has always provided quality care in a very professional manner. My family is grateful to have her as our physician.

I felt the waiting room was particularly clean. Receptionist met me at the door to ask pertinent questions while Covid is going around. Didn't wait long for an examination room. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Smith very friendly as always. Examined me and prescribed medication that took care of my rash.
