I do not like calling Jackson Clinic North to make an appointment or speak with a nurse. In my experience, they rarely answer the phone. I wait and wait. I have left messages for a nurse to call me back and they do not. Very disappointed and wish I had another option of care.

We'll never go here again! I came for my Free ANNUAL pap, bone density, and colonoscopy all FREE TO ME through my insurance. Clinic Charged Me for what is covered for free in my annual exam!!! I called and explained I have a FREE pap every year, I have a FREE Bone density q.5yrs that the Doc ordered, and I have a FREE nurse pre-screen appnt. right before my FREE colonoscopy. (They charged me a whole Dr. Visit when I spoke with a pre-screen colonoscopy nurse.) I called my insurance company who informed me to call the clinic and tell them resubmit bills with correct codes, and insurance would pay in full. My insurance was watching and waiting for this. My insurance actually Called the Clinic and talked with Ms. Harvick (who apparently likes to wreak Havoc in folks' lives), who dug her heels in and refused to do anything. She had a YEAR to resubmit these...but she refused despite my repeated attempts to Try To Help Her Understand to no avail. (Apparently, she has a need to feel powerful at other people's expense!) She turned it over to collections...which was her ultimate goal!!! It's a good thing I take dated detailed notes and keep proof.

Sorry place for heath issues. Wouldn't recommend this awful place to anyone if my life depended on it. Treated me poorly

Providers listen to you at Jackson Clinic

My second visit with Dr. Lundy was Thursday 8/31 at 2:15pm.Objective of the visit was to review MRI results.One hour and 15 minutes had gone by.One hour and 15 minutes!Dr. Lundy still had not come in.By then, I opened my exam room, for it was rather warm.I saw and heard Dr. Lundy open and close various exam rooms.I went up to the Receptionist and informed her that I was leaving.Waiting one hour and 15 minutes is unacceptable.On my way out, I noticed that the waiting area had four additional patients waiting.How long have these poor patients been waiting?If Dr. Lundy has difficutly handling time management, he should book fewer appointments in the day.A patient's time is just as important as a doctor's time. With drive time in and out of the city, my total time spent was 2 hours and 45 minutes. In a nutshell, this particular experience was unacceptable unempathetic care.

I love Dr. Nass at the north clinic. She is the best physician I’ve had. She’s thorough and well educated, but most of all she treats me like a human being. She takes all the time I need with her and answers my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed or judged. The FollowMyHealth app makes it so convenient to schedule appointments with her, as well as, message her directly. She is always so prompt in getting back with me. I can’t say enough about her. If you’re looking for a new physician or wanting a change you will not be disappointed with her. She truly does care about her patients. She’s not worried about getting you in and out. She gives you the care you need whatever past you may have had. There’s no judgement from her. Her nurse Angie is heaven sent as well. UPDATE: She recently added an addition to her team. Sara Jackson, NP is such a blessing. She is so kind and truly cares about your well being. Dr. Nass, Sara, Angie, Sonja…they are truly the best team at the clinic.

I had surgery 06/15/2022 I used Dr. Lisa Rogers she is the best Doctor & person I can have ever encountered in my life … I was scared and nerves but she assured me that everything would be ok and it is…. I recommend her to anybody trying to conceive YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED….she is upfront truthful and will help you the best she can…Mrs.Cindy is the nurse who made sure I understood what was going on and what will happen…. This was a easy process they make it so convenient and stress less…. Thankyou Dr. Rogers , Mrs. Cindy and the hospital staff at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital you all were wonderful….

I went to 4 different doctors trying to get my hip fixed after a workplace injury. Doctor Gordon Lundy was a breath of fresh air in a frustrating process. He was the most professional and the most polite. He and his office staff were so helpful throughout the whole process, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs their services (he mostly does hips and knees, some shoulders).I wish I could give more stars.
