On my first visit with her, she listened to all my issues that other doctors have basically told me there is nothing they can do or won't do anything about, so I have just continued to hurt/suffer. She ran some test and found an underlying problem (that I'm sure other doctors overlooked) and she is sending me to a specialist to get it under control. She changed my medicine around too, which has helped me so far. She seemed genuinely concerned about getting me on the right track to feeling better. I will definitely be seeing her again as needed.

I love this woman to pieces and completely trust her with my family as well as my own life. She has done nothing but good for our lives and I hope I never have to find another dr. I started seeing her last July and had been having severe medical problems that no other doctor would even try to help me with. My very first visit, I told her what was going on and she ordered multiple tests and set me up with the specialist that I needed for my problem. I have had no problems since I've been seeing them both.

I can’t even begin to say how much I love Dr Nass and her nurse Angie. They are friendly, respond to messages quickly, spend plenty of time with you and never makes you feel rushed. She knows when she is incapable of treating properly and sends to a specialist as needed. That gives me so much trust in her. I am a very complicated patient that a lot of drs don’t want to deal with. She has never seemed bothered by it. I love them and would strongly suggest using them as your primary.

I didn't rate her on one visit. I was tryi g to find a local PCP. I saw her either 2 or 3 times. She did gather information from me. Both times she seemed to be out the door in the middle of a question. I have thyroid problems and they do fluctuate but if high most of the time around 17. Normal is 4.5. When I saw her the last timethe nurse called and said my thyroids were over 100, she was increasing my levothyrozine from 1.25 to 1.50. Recheck in 3 months.(I had told her I was sleeping 12 hours a day and too tired) But my sugar was 113 and she wanted me to come get the complete sugar test and take a class. I was just in shock so said I would get back with them. Needless to say I decided to go to Dr. Baba. It was going to be 3 weeks for 1st time patients. I asked did they want me to have my paper work faxed over and they did. He got my.paper work and evidently looked it over. Called me and saw me in 2 days. Changed me to synthroid and increased it to 1.75. Saw me in 2 months and it was down to 11. Enough said

So loved having her as a doctor when we lived in Jackson. It was easy to get an appointment. If needed they had a wonderful urgent care facility. Did much needed referrals to specialists when needed. She listens and takes outstanding care of her patients.

I have been seen by Dr Nass for the past two years and could not be better satisfied. I am able to contact her office by telephone and through the patient portal at Jackson Clinic. She is so much in demand, it is not easy to see her on short notice, although I have been able to in particular occasions. She is part of the Jackson Clinic which has a convenient care clinic making it easy to be seen. I am leaving in a few minutes for a scheduled appointment.

Listens to my concerns and adresses them. Knows I have very specalized needs and is prepared to send me to specalists when needed. She does an fantastic job coordinating all of my healthcare needs. She has been easy to get ahold of and always on top of my care. I am happy with the level of care that she provides to me and my family.

Do not entrust your family's medical care to this doctor or her staff at the Jackson Clinic. She fails to pay attention to the important issues of your medical needs that you express to her during office visits and the Jackson Clinic is layered with people that make it imposible to speak with your doctor. Her lack lack of continuing the care of previous doctors endangers your life and causes you untold suffering. Her idea of medical care is to direct you to other doctors, specialist of ER.

My opion is to seek Primary Care from a Doctor who actually practices medicine rather than directing patients to the care of others.

She is awesome doctor. She takes time to make sure you get the best mental and physical care. Most valuable she listen.
