Over the past 17 years I have had 4 visits for physical issues with Dr. Sweo. He has never steered me wrong. Excellent!
It took a few weeks to get my first initial visit. But the office was very kind and Dr Sweo was very helpful. I explained I am not interested in surgery, yet. I am hope exercises and a coardizoin would be my first choice. He totally agreed. Not once did he offer me narcotic. I want to give a five ? just for that.Dr Sweo is a good listener with good follow up questions. If it wasn't for the wait to get in he would have gotten a full five ??????
Personally I thinkDr Sweo is an excellent surgeon. But I will say their new facility likes something to be desired for it to be for people with broken hips there’s all kind of things that people come in there for well why there’s not a and examining room that when I person comes in that is in a wheelchair with a broken hip that has to be lifted they don’t have a lift ,and a big enough room to place the patient into there to move that patient from the wheelchair to the table for DOCTORS to look at his patients after surgery How can you examine them if you can’t see the incision that you operated on!!! For my thought on this you need to fix your room up so you can take care of this problem !! hope you take care of this , Sincerely Judith Joyner
I have been seeing Dr. sweetie over the past four months due to a work injury at first he prescribed therapy when therapy was causing more pain he then prescribed me steroids but to continue therapy when my therapist requested that I have an MRI he told me that we could do one but he don’t think that he would find anything. After my MRI it was discovered that I had a tear and a cyst in my shoulder and he said The tear was probably due to the injury at work and the cyst he could never tail where it came from he suggested that I would get a Cortizone shot in the cyst to shrink it after I had the shot I had been in pain for several weeks went back and he said that my pain was not due to my injury it was due to the cyst now I’m forced to go back to work in pain until I get a second opinion this doctor is very unprofessional he takes one thing and runs with itHe never considers the pain in my neck and in my collarbone nor has he ever looked into it he does not know if Cyst has shrunken or not he And even informed me that he don’t know if this is came from the injury or not there’s no way to really tail so how could you inform my employer that was wrong with my shoulder is not because of my work related accident when I have never had problems with my shoulder before.
don't see him enough said
I went to Sweno for my knee and he had me do a mri. When it came time to go back I was in my home because of the Coronavirus so I called his office and ask if he could call me back.so I waited and waited finally his nurse called me.She tried to tell me my results but couldn’t explain much.He didn’t have time to talk to me so I will not go back.Very un professional.
Very satisfied with Dr Sweo
Dr. Sweo seen me on April 19th for a "possible" pinched nerve. He didnt do any test except an xray and automatically ordered physical therapy with a prescription for Mobic. Finally after I prodded him that I think more test needs to be run to determine that it was indeed a pinched nerve. He finally set me up with an EMG. Nurses were rude and unaccomadating. While I understand the benefits of physical therapy... nobody is touching my neck while I am in this much pain and until I am sure that it's not going to cause more damage than good. I thought that a doctor could understand that. Swear they just give anybody med degrees here lately.

Dr. Sweo was a great doctor to me. He did my shoulder surgery and I had no problems. Then he did hip surgery on me, and I had no problems. I liked his personality also. He was always a friendly man. I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone is different, but I was blessed. I did not have any problems after both surgeries

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
