List of West Tennessee Healthcare's Reviews
Apparently their idea of an evaluation at jmgh is to get a patient to sign a statement saying they won't hurt themselves or anyone else so they can send them home.
Pathways is literally the worst. I politely ask them to fill out some paperwork I need for some health related issues and they straight up REFUSE TO DO IT! I call records they tell me to talk to the doctor there. SHE REFUSES to do it aswell!
Pathways sits in the courtroom waiting for the judge to order clients to them for treatment. I am sure many of them are repeat offenders, and this facility only offers services for mild to moderate impairment mainly through IOP, which is not enough for those with moderate to severe impairment in this city/county. I realize the services are free for those court ordered, or without insurance, but this is sure not going to solve the revolving door of recidivism. I had to get a court ordered health transport for a family member who was taken to this facility. I was told my a Pathways employee that Pathways was a "voluntary" facility. My family member refused a urine tests, was offered a safety plan I never saw, and outpatient services, and was released in a drug induced psychosis WITH a court order on top of an already in place court order in the care of city department of corrections that he has to go to Pathways, and also city probation corrections cannot accept a urine test from there, but yet every single court date Pathways is sitting to the right of the bench waiting for the judge to send them. I am very disappointed in the way things were handled at Pathways with court orders, being told by a Pathways employee "voluntary facility," and overall in the way things were (not) handled, and also if this is the case Pathways does not need to be sitting in city court waiting on court ordered clients because one size surely does not at all fit all. I also am concerned for other families and their suffering loved ones not getting the care that is needed because sometimes those situations can be detrimental to lives involved. My family member needed to be taken to the ER just alone for medical intervention, but seems like everything is lined up for a not well equipped facility such as Pathways. We need better services in our community/city/county for mental/physical health & critical crisesthan this. I will be addressing the mayor, city council, West Tennessee Healthcare, and whom ever else I need to address this with, and I hope to God no other family has to go through a crisis with a family member as mentioned like this and something really really bad happen. I told my family members who were trying to help me through that day if something happens to me SUE, and also I am thankful nothing happened critically to my family member either because I would have sued for GROSS negligence because that is surely all that was received, except for one male employee I spoke with who I think was a cop he was the only one that gave me some comfort and help in this crisis I went through with my family member. From my experience this facility does not even deserve my one star rating in my experience. I hope something is changed for our community
Terrible place! Went on a burnt run. Lack of communication between the patients and front desk. You really need to do better!
The care I got here was subpar and frustrating.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
