List of West Tennessee Healthcare's Reviews
Never could get the right medication management. Telehealrh appointment was at 1:45 and did not receive a call until 3:08 that I missed with a VM for me to reschedule. Left a VM with the nurse because the reschedule date was later, and it's been a week and have yet to receive a callback in 24-48 hours as stated by them. I also was looking to switch providers, and that never happened, nor did I receive a callback or response regarding. I have since moved one of my daughters to a different provider, and I am about to start an intake at another provider for my other daughter. This is a poor provider for care. I would not recommend.
Can someone please answer the phone?
I have gone here for many years. Let me give a shout out to the 2 counselors I've had. They're awesome. Now as far as suboxone Dr on the other hand✋. . I am upset. He has gotten stuff on the script wrong, dosages etc. Said I had things in my urine or stuff not in my urine and even had the WRONG CHART once. So beware 💀☠️
Its was busy today, but great place
Pathways has helped my family, and continues to do so.I have never had a bad experience there, (other than uncontrollable circumstances that was nobody's fault). After reading some bad reviews, I felt I needed to stand up, (figuratively speaking) and say, .If you truly need health treatment, please use them! They helped me! I found everyone very kind, without losing professionalism.
If you're taking a step to tackle your mental demons, look elsewhere. The staff here are there for the check, your needs or problems aren't a priority. If you say too much they'll send you off to a facility that'll treat you as cattle for their prescriptions, against your will I may add, and foot YOU the bill for it.I hope whoever is reading this finds proper help and not this nightmare of a building.
My mom has gone here for years, and it is the worst place if you need help. You wait forever no matter when you make the appointment. When you do hey back there rather than listen they ask the same questions everytime and mark you on through. Going to this place would make you have to take medicine for anxiety. Just a joke
Very slow service. I had an appointment for 1 and was not seen for an hour, also the workers in front ignored me on their computers and talking for two minutes. It was not even a busy day it was a fairly empty today they just did not want to do their job.
I called Pathways yesterday bc I have been going through what could probably be considered a bought of psychosis. I feel like I don’t have it under control, and was considering admitting myself. I called to ask about the process of self-admission. I was transferred to someone in “crisis triage”. I didn’t get this guy’s name, but whoever the hell he is, he obviously has not been trained to speak with people in crisis. From the time he answered the phone, he sounded annoyed and bored by having to even talk to me. He very quickly rattled off this halfhearted, distracted answer to my question, and I was immediately deterred from even considering this place. If they treat people like that over the phone, how are they treating the patients? It genuinely breaks my heart that someone who is at the end of their rope could call this place as a last resort and have this experience with this guy. Pathways, this shouldn’t have to be said, but please be aware of how your employees are speaking to people who are already in very delicate mental states as it is.
Please, go anywhere but here for psychiatry. The therapists there were pretty good to me. But I started going here about three years ago and from the beginning I always asked about getting evaluated for ADD. I kept getting blown off until finally three years later the psych told me, "We don't treat ADHD. Sorry." Well then, why didn't you tell me that instead of sucking money, time and energy from me for so long? Not only that, but the office staff aren't always friendly. They barely talk to you at all. I went in to pay a bill, both women in the office stayed glued to the phones and computers and didn't even look at or acknowledge me for a good 5 minutes. The psychiatrist I saw wasn't much better. She asked me what was wrong with me but no other questions than that, adjusted my meds, and sent me on my way. First of all, I don't know what's wrong with me. That's your job. Before you assume it, I'm not a problem customer in other places. I was nothing but polite to all staff there, but I still felt like they thought I was two inches tall there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
