Worst ER in Tennessee. You would be better off going to Memphis or Nashville. It would be quicker and better service. I am pregnant and have been waiting for over six hours. This is absolutely ridiculous and they will be hearing from my lawyer.

If you truly care for your loved ones, take them to another hospital!

I lost the 1st review, but after 6 hours at Pathways in Jackson I was taken to Jackson Madison County General ER put on a gurney they took ROMI panels and I never saw results then readmitted with chest pain. I had an inferior wall MI and ekg changes during my last hospital stay in this place. The woman doctor in ER ordered a Nuclear stress test and it and echo was canceled by Dr N Patel and all Jackson Clinic doctors and nurses except Donna Mays,Dr Okolo Dr Osayamen. This clinic destroyed and hospital staff destroyed a ekg read by Dr Proctor that revealed this MI. The Jackson clinic billed me for it and now has turned me over to collections. Top executives Molly ztsylor,Tina Prescott, Damon Mays, JR Ross Teresa Johnson and most of nursing staff violated my HIPPA. Even they sent ER documents to Tennessee board of nursing, now I have been deactivated on my nursing license that's been in good standing for 38 years. Molly Taylor and Tania Lambert director of A2 where I use to work for them and saved many lives on this floor and patients can testify to this fact. Dr David Sickle of Jackson Clinic then moved to West Tennessee Bone and joint put wrong size hip in my mother Betty Swindle 9-11-1939 bc she had a tunneling wound since surgery which mean it was to small no matter how many times she fell. Dr Robert Dunnebacke gave her 2 diagnosis of ESRD and Cushing disease where she could not afford a secondary insurance with her Medicare. She's was in hospital February or March and every nurse in C 9 gave her generic prednisone instead of generic midorine for her low blood pressure. They all knew what they were giving but Candice and she didn't give it. Thank God I encouraged her to take her MVIs bc she was sick and vomiting but Candice wouldn't gave anyway. Dr Clyde Smith was very concerned about this diagnoses because she wanted on prednisone. I know HE has tried to get answers because I texted Dr Dunnebacke and he didn't respond when I asked him of this diagnoses of Cushing. This has been the most horrible year of my life. My mother Betty Swindle 9-11-1939 died at Lexington manor nursing home by Donna McAdams LPN and johnna Burks from Jackson Madison County General hospital. Not 1 politicians or law enforcement will help me,not FBI in Tennessee TBI, Lexington police department a few there or Henderson County Sheriff's drpt. I even contacted Governor Bill Lee, Marsha Blackburn, Bill Haggerty, Dr Lisa Piercy Tennessee Commissioner of health. My district rep will not help Rebecca Alexander. If anyone wants to know or publish this gross negligence at Lexington Hospital, Unity Hospice, Volunteer Home Health and sitting service, Pathyways Marvin Hegmon, Christy Hancock and several more in Jackson, or Lexington. I tried to contact those top executives of Tele Health fraud . They are not Licensed Counselor, nor phys. Nurse Practioner, Jeannie Brooks wanted to call in medication for mental health on 1st phone call. They are getting kick backs from insurance companies and Big Phsrm. People with mental health issues have separate problems that medical. I can prove I had a heart attack, and even a stroke no matter what Dr nick Lippolis said on a MRA on my head. Dr Joe Blankenship knew I had a bicuspid aortic valve 30 years ago. Nobody will help. I can answer any questions and give testimony of all these occurance. This statement is the truth so help me God. DA Angela Scott has a statement regarding my mother Betty Swindle 9-11-1939 that Kimberly Perry said twice outside my home she sodimized my 81 year old mother. Now they have stole Military equipmentthat can taze my body causing great harm. Darth. It's was 3 Military personnel that devised a piece of equipment that could send tazing and working on Peripheral nervous system. Google it. I’m disappointed with this hospital. I’ve been here since 9/24. (15days now). I’m starting to feel like I’m in prison. Some of the nurses are great at their job but some need evaluation. The floor I’m on is not busy, nor a Covid floor so I feel like there’s no reason for a nurse to have a bad attitude when you’re questioning something they’re doing especially if it’s making you uncomfortable.As far as Housekeeping, Lord! I’ve been here 15 days and had my room mopped maybe 3 times. All the lady does is change the trash. The only time it was really cleaned was when I asked the lady to do it. I can’t imagine the sanitation on the other floors. I actually purchased my own lysol cleaner to clean my room with.The food! Now it’s no secret that hospital food isn’t the best but most of it has been edible during my stay. What needs to be looked into is the portion sizes. They are not consistent. Some days I eat my food and I’m still starving afterwards. The food is portion sized for a kid. Also, please take this chicken pot pie off your menu! That’s about the worst thing served right next to the meatloaf. I’ve door dashed so much food up here it’s ridiculous.

My husband died three weeks ago from covid the communication was awful and I don't think my husband was taken care if right . One Dr Kept pressuring my husband to be vented. I wish got her name she nasty to me and him. He kept telling them he needed to be ventilator and kept wanting he constant. He kept no she kept pressuring him he told her . No ventilator.no icu but they basically did anyway . Now he dead.

After spending $1000 of dollars in this hospital... one should have to beg for a tray if food.... its 7pm I haven't had one tray of food without begging for it... some good nurses on 4th floor B nurse got mad because I am hungry..

Worst care ever, told them I couldn't breathe 5 times from covid complications. They wouldn't even give a breathing treatment

I just got home today after having Carotid Artery surgery at Jackson-Madison Geneal Hosp. No doubt, I couldn't wait to get out of there and get home! The whole staff understands that. The hospital staff, nurses, doctors, basically everyone was AMAZING! You have to remember, they have a tough job and they are there to help you, not hurt you. They work 12 hr shifts. I couldn't do that! I do good to work an 8 hr shift in a factory. They deserve the utmost respect from all of us. Thank them and be considerate to what they deal with day in and day out. I don't know what their pay rate is, but it's probably not enough!! If management from the hospital reads this, please give them a significant wage increase. No joke! They deserve it! They listened to me and didn't complain about my complaints! Kudos to you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💕

Doesn’t listen too the patient at all. I normally take my meds in the morning but for some odd reason they changed it to after 1 o’clock everyday and on top of that wasn’t even giving me all my meds...... Great ppl working there but I had a horrible experience

Jackson general south would not help my sister who just had a pacemaker replaced last week. Who has bleeding black blood, low blood pressure, and chest pains. They said they did not have a room. We were there 10 minutes and decided we needed to go else where to get here help to make it to Vanderbilt for service. Stopped by west Tennessee healthcare north and got treatment right away. Jackson Madison General Hospital has terrible service. I will start taking people there. This makes the second time this has happened.
