This doctor double and more books appointments all of the time. My mother was there over 3+ hours today and that was actually pretty usual. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I went in to check on her I was ignored at the front desk while multiple women were chatting and laughing. I don't have words that do not include cuss words for how rude the nurses are. If I needed an eye specialist it'd be a 'cold day......." before I went to his office.

why you wont use or get the gel is very disturbing . the extra shot in my eye makes it bleed profusely and i can not handle that. please let me know when you get the gel back.

Front desk person is not friendly, nor does she convey messages that are left. Phone calls are not returned. I was to have an MRI in Paris. I was scheduled once in Jackson. I called to get it corrected. I never heard back. Then I get a letter stating they made 2 MRI appointments I didn't go to and that I did things A M A. This letter was sent to my regular eye doctor and primary doctor. Utter BS and I will never go back

The best doctor anyone could hope to have treatment by. Excellent human being and always cheerful and puts you at ease, even if you get bad news you do not leave his office feeling bad. He's just perfect!
